New IEEE Standard - Active - Draft.
This standard provides an architecture and framework for digital transformation. The standard identifies the need for comprehensive plan for effective digital transformation that addresses the people element, the process element, and the digital technologies. Each of these three elements are covered in more detail. The people element addresses leadership and workforce management issues associated with organizational change management. The process section discussed the impact on business processes. In addition, this section addresses application of business process changes in different types of business operations. The technology section provides a brief overview of the technologies most commonly associated with digital transformation. The impact these technologies can have within a business are reviewed. Finally, a section on organizational sustainability and its close interconnection with digital transformation is presented.

This standard provides an architecture and framework for digital transformation development, usage, implementation and interfaces for applications. The architecture and framework addresses scalability, systems and interfaces, security and privacy challenges for digital transformation applications.
The purpose of this project is to develop definitions and a protocol for digital transformation implementations for applications.
