Amendment Standard - Active.
The working group JWG 28 has identified a specific need to update the IEC/IEEE 80005-1 ED2. The matter is related to the rotation of the phases for Annex C – the Cruice annex. However, the necessary modifications affect other parts of the standard, which then also needs to be aligned to keep consistency. Additionally JWG 28 has agreed that requirements for communication, such as fibre optics, should be kept outside of IEC/IEEE 80005-1, as this document should be for high voltage only.
