The purpose of this guide is to describe a complete set of technical requirements for CICA overhead transmission lines, to enable:
-Designers to more quickly design optimized CICA overhead transmission lines (reduce design duplication)
-Manufacturers to conduct product tests using the test types and methods recommended in this standard (to reduce unnecessary test inputs and time)
-Construction personnel to carry out construction of CICA overhead transmission lines more efficiently and economically (reduce the damage rate of CICA in transportation, lifting and installation)
-Operation and maintenance personnel to carry out the operation and maintenance of CICA overhead transmission lines in a more targeted and differentiated way (reduce the input cost of operation and maintenance).
