ASME QAI-1-2025

This Standard provides requirements for the qualification and duties of individuals performing authorized inspections as required in the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code. The Standard also establishes the requirements for an organization to be an accredited Authorized Inspection Agency or Qualified Inspection Organization. The individuals performing authorized inspections under the employment of an accredited organization are Authorized Inspectors, Authorized Inspector Supervisors, Authorized Nuclear Inspectors, Authorized Nuclear Inspector Supervisors, Inspectors, and Supervisors. The qualification and duties of a Certified Individual is also addressed.
